We provide curated access to premium plugins that normally cost much more than they do bundled here.  Events Calendar Pro, NextGen Pro (an Image/Gallery/Slideshow style plugin), Hustle Pro, Hummingbird Pro.

These plugins can display content in different areas of your WordPress site. The Events Calendar can be configured to import calendar data from third-party sources such as Google Calendar.

Hustle Pro is used to add pop-ups, slide-in’s, and embeds! “Grow your business and audience with this super easy, super slick email opt-in and marketing plugin.”

Hummingbird Pro is an optimization plugin to help with page speed, loading time, and more.

What does each support plan include?

How do response times work?

Our response times are guaranteed within business hours (M-F) though we do monitor high-priority needs outside of business times including weekends.

What is the difference between Content Implementation versus Content Revision?

Content Implementation: This involves adding new content. If the content is meant to display in a way that isn’t possible with the current theme, additional coding is required (implementation).

Content Revision: This involves revising existing content such as pages, posts, events, staff directories and so forth. These “revisions” will not affect your sites theme.

Please Note: Content Implementation differs from Content Revision. A New Site Feature/Design/Major Revision will require “Content Implementation” purchasable in two-hour block increments. If content implementation exceeds four hours, an estimate is required and your work will be handled as a project.

How many Content Revision Hours do we receive, how does that work?

Each support plan includes “Content Revision”, however, please make note that these do not stack with one another i.e. If you have the Level Two plan you will only receive the 2 hours of content revision time listed under that plan (instead of 2 hours from Level Two + 1 hour from Level One). The support for “Content Revision” per plan is separate and not a stacked nor combined total.

Can I make or provide third-party access for DNS (Record) Changes?

We utilize one account that houses all of the domains we manage and, therefore, cannot provide access to you or any third parties. We can, however, make DNS changes on your behalf and work with any third party you approve of to add, remove, or modify DNS records for your domain.

Can I access my site through FTP or SFTP?

We do not provide access via SFTP since we manage the code of your site using version control through GitHub. Version control includes version history, change logs, and more to be sure your site is safely updated across production, staging, and development environments.

Alternatively, we can upload files for you when needed.*You may request access for specific use cases.

What about Search Engine Optimization? (SEO)

Every site can utilize the Smartcrawl Pro plugin that helps improve SEO and includes useful features such as a dashboard, reports, and changes to improve overall SEO. “Boost your PageRank and drive more traffic to your site with little effort and simple configuration.”
